This inspection is available only to renters and landlords. One of the biggest worries as a renter is actually when you move out. Because that is the time you start wondering if you will get your damage deposit back and the landlord wants to ensure there is little damage beyond normal wear and tear. The easiest way to prevent that worry is to have the apartment or home inspected prior to moving in. This inspection is not like a normal inspection you would do when you are buying a house. This is designed to document any problems that may exist, whether they are cosmetic or operational, so that when the lease is up, you have photographic evidence of the condition when you moved in. We will also check any operational problems that may exist, like stopped sinks, stained toilets, leaky faucets, running toilets or broken screens.
