Sometimes the most nervous time for a seller is after they have a contract. The savvy buyer will insist on an inspection contingency. That is not the time to find out you have a problem. Our listing inspection can relieve you of that worry. We will inspect your home to the same Standards of Practice as outlined by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). We will also provide notes on any cosmetic items we notice that we feel may have an impact on your ability to sell your home at the listing price.
For a small additional charge we can come back, anytime within 60 days, and re-inspect those items of note found on the first inspection. We can then reissue the same comprehensive report, leaving out any problems that have been fixed and are no longer an issue. By providing an inspection prior to listing your home, you will have the time to correct any problems that may have been found. This way, when you do get a contract, the inspection contingency will not be a problem.
