Well Water Testing
Well water testing is becoming an important part of the home sale. With many homes in mountain communities dependant upon well water for household use, the condition of that water is extremely important. There are many pollutants that can enter the water table and be drawn into the home. By testing the water you can be assured that what your family drinks is clean, fresh and safe.
We have several levels of water testing depending upon your needs and desires:
On-Site Quick Test
Tests for E. Coli Bacteria, Lead, (2) Types of Pesticide (Simazine & Atrazine), Nitrates, Nitrites, Chlorine, Hardness and pH. No certified labs are used and results are available immediately.
Standard - (our recommendation)
Tests for Coliform bacteria, fluoride, nitrates, nitrites, arsenic, copper, lead and uranium
Complete -
Tests for Coliform bacteria, alkalinity, pH, total dissolved solids, conductivity, hardness, chloride, fluoride, sulfates, calcium, cadmium, copper, iron, lead, magnesium, manganese, sodium, uranium, zinc, nitrates and nitrites.
Hud Real Estate Test -
Tests for Coliform bacteria, lead, nitrate and nitrite
(This test meets State of Colorado and HUD requirements)
All tests except the On-Site Quick test are done through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Labratory.
All results usually available within 72 hours.
